Born from Davide Benedetto vision to create product that could make grace to the Piedmont tradition for fresh made pasta, twenty years have now passed since the first artisan laboratory opened in Corso Casale in Turin.
Since then, Pastificio Virgilio has always maintained a high quality standard, while growing at a fast pace has now opened five new outlets in Turin and created a brand new central laboratory in Rivoli.
Davide Benedetto is constantly researching and developing new recipes and filling together with chef Luca Quaregna, and his very talented team of artisan “pastai”.
Today Pastificio Virgilio has developed a unique brand with a range of product that are suitable to different markets and to a large range of audience.
