We seek to use the best Italian ingredients working only with the best producers in the Piedmont region, using ethical sourcing practices. All our supplier are registered under CE certification protocol as our products.

CE marking indicates that a product has been assessed by the manufacturer and deemed to meet EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements.

We have developed a customised blend using different types of flour specifically designed to make our pasta light and unique in its taste.
